Bear of Spades endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the website. However, general information presented on the website may change and does not, by itself, constitute a contractual commitment outside the contractual documents applicable to an order.

It may use strictly necessary or functional storage, including to remember the selected language and theme locally, protect forms, and enable payment operations. A Consumer must first submit a written complaint to Bear of Spades at support@bearofspades.com in an attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If the complaint is not resolved amicably, the Consumer may use the following consumer mediator free of charge:

CM2C conducts mediation in French. Consumer mediation does not apply to disputes between businesses. The admissibility requirements and submission procedure are described in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and on the mediator's website.

10. Contractual documents

Sales of mcSkinningBee licences are governed by the applicable documents presented to the customer at the time of purchase, including:

  • the Terms and Conditions of Sale;
  • the mcSkinningBee Software Licence Terms; and
  • the Privacy Policy.

In the event of a conflict between general website information and the contractual documents accepted when placing an order, the latter prevail to the extent permitted by law.

The website and this Legal Notice are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions that may apply to a Consumer by reason of their place of residence.
